How long do I keep access to a course?
You keep access for at least 24 months. If we ever retire a course, we’ll give you exportable PDFs of lessons and worksheets.
Are there live cohorts?
Yes. Several catalog items include live cohorts with weekly review circles and office hours. Live dates appear in the course description.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund for self-paced courses if you haven’t completed more than 25% of the content. Cohorts follow a separate policy listed on the product page.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, you receive a completion certificate documenting learning outcomes and time spent. It’s helpful for portfolios and internal reviews.
